DESCRIPTION:III. Bu etkinlik\, sadece entelektüel bir değişim platformu değil\, aynı zamanda enerji dayanıklılığını ve yeniliğini artırabilecek pratik çözümler için de bir katalizör görevi görmektedir.Karadeniz’in çeşitli enerji güzergahları için stratejik bir merkez olarak konumu\, konferansın önemini daha da artırmaktadır. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nBu çalıştay TESPAM’ın uzun süredir analizler ve çalışmalar yaptığı\,“Türkiye Yüzyılı” vizyonuna katkı sağlamak\, bu vizyona olan inancı ve bu bağlamda gayreti arttırmak\, farkındalık oluşturmak ve faydalı / somut çıktılar elde edebilmek maksadı ile tertip edilmektedir. \nTESPAM’ın odak alanı olan enerjinin “Türkiye Yüzyılı” serüveninde nasıl bir kaldıraç olarak kullanılabileceği tartışılacak ve yol planları somutlaştırılmaya çalışılacaktır. \nAyrıca bu bağlamda TESPAM tarafından ortaya koyulan yol planlarının da çok yönlü farklı bakış açılarıyla incelenmesi sağlanacaktır. \n  \n*** \nPLANLANAN ÇALIŞTAY FORMATI HAKKINDA GENEL AÇIKLAMA \n\nProgram ve konu başlıkları ilan edilecek ve çalıştaya katılım için başvuru yapanlar arasından  uzmanlığına göre sınıflandırma yapılarak\, çalışma masalarına atamalar yapılacaktır.\n\n\nBaşvuru yapmamış olan bazı uzmanlar da direkt olarak bazı çalışma masalarına davet edilebilecektir. \nHer konu başlığı ile ilgili davet edilmiş ve başvuru yapmış katılımcılardan oluşan 10’ar kişilik (+/-2 kişi olabilir) çalışma masaları oluşturulacaktır.\nTalebe göre\, bazı konu başlıklarında birden fazla çalışma ekibi olabilecektir. \nBazı çalışma masaları çevrimiçi olarak da organize edilebilecektir. \nKonuşma dili Türkçedir. Fakat Türkçe konuşamayan yabancı katılımcılar için de (talebe göre) Rusça veya İngilizce kounşulan masalar oluşturulabilecektir. \nHer çalışma masası kendi planması dahilinde mola verecektir.\nHer çalışma masasında 1 moderatör ve 1 de rapotör yer alacaktır.\nModeratörler ilgili gündem ve konu başlıkları dahilinde katılımcıları yönlendirecek ve planlı bir oturum yapılmasını sağlayacaktır.\nRaportör ise ses kaydı alınmasını sağlayacak ve çalıştay sonunda kayıtlara düşülen bütün gündem maddelerini\, karar ve önerileri yazılı hale getirecektir. \nÇalıştay öncesinde moderatörler katılımcıların incelemesi için önceden hazırlanmış bir dökümantasyon arşivi paylaşabilecektir. \nAyrıca ilgili konu başlığı dahilindeki alt konular\, sorular ve gündem maddeleri katılımcıların onayı ve ekleme yapabilmeleri için önceden ilgili moderatörler tarafından paylaşılacaktır. \nÇalıştay öncesinde katılımcılar da kendi moderatörleri aracılığı ile diğer katılımcıların incelemesi için öneri mahiyetinde dökümanlar paylaşabilecektir. \nÇalıştay sonucunda bütün çıktılar derlenerek\, katılımcıların onayına sunulacaktır. \nDaha sonra ilgili çıktılar kitap olarak düzenlenecek ve kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. \nÇalıştay sürecinde katılımcılara yönelik kapsamlı anketler yapılacak ve yorumlanacaktır. \nÇalıştay esnasında kamuoyuna açık raporda yer almaması gereken görüş ve öneriler de ayrıca derlenerek\, ilgili idarelerle “özel çıktılar niteliğinde” paylaşılacaktır. \n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
